The MikroPul filter monitor Emtronic is an efficient tool for controlling bag filter operations. The Emtronic is monitoring the clean gas content behind dust collectors. The unit emits a signal which can be recorded by data logger, PC with  a special software or other existent control devices. An advantage is the optional build-up of intraplant dust emissions monitoring and control systems at minimum expenditures.

Principle of Function

Measuring principle of the MikroPul Emtronic is the triboelectric effect. This generates an electric current which is transmitted to the probe head, amplified by the integrated processor unit and then provided as a 4...20 mA - analogue signal.
