MikroPul often designs Cyclones which do not fit into the »Standard« range, but are built to suit specific requirements in an ideal manner. Special dimensions, construction materials or wear resistant liners are individual adaptations which have been engineered by us in a multitude of versions.

Typical applications resp. executions are amongst others:

• Hot gas cyclones for temperatures up to 1.700°C
• Abrasion resistent Cyclones for Mohs hardness up to 9,5
• High pressure Cyclones up to 300 bar
• Cyclones with wear resistant liners/coatings or polished
• Heated or cooled cyclones (double shell, laser jacket, duct)
• Cyclones for very high dust loads (e.g. 20t/h)
